MAIN MISSIONS |
– Commercial activity 1) implements the BU’s sales strategy and is responsible for sales of machines
– leads the sales team: distributes tasks, follows up on files, with a focus on individual and collective results – responds to specific requests, develops solutions and negotiates with the manufacturer 2) ensure coverage of the Ivory Coast perimeter: travel, visits to players, direct fronting, follow-up of potential leads and development of existing customer portfolio. Specific follow-up of key accounts / major deals / large customers, including the promotion of “360°” solutions: leading the service offering to these customers in order to guarantee a strong, long-term relationship. 3) supervises sales staff in the preparation of complex offers and bids, or calls for tender 4) acts as an interface with the After-Sales Service Manager, and interacts effectively with the PSSR and technical coordinator when selling solutions – Agency support 1) Transmission of information required for bids for regional sales 2) Preparation of bids on Group terms for entities 3) Definition and promotion of central stock, monitoring of offers made by agencies, analysis, reporting 4) Elaboration of targeted marketing plans or specific conditions for complex deals with the BU Director and the manufacturer – Participation in processes 1) Priority management, monthly reporting to the manufacturer, analysis of sales and prospects 2) Follow-up of orders in the process, ensuring proper execution in liaison with Sales Administration, Transit, Procurement and Finance. |

SKILLS REQUIRED | |
Knowledge (training + professional experience) | – 5 to 10 years in sales of construction and/or mining equipment
– Easy communication and presentation – Proven negotiating skills – Track record in team management, – Very good knowledge of public works, mining and quarrying machinery – Strong commercial sense, rigour, service – Enjoys working at a fast pace, ingenuity and initiative. – Autonomy |
